Ever had one of those moments when you’re at the grocery store, your cart is full, and you realize you’re short on cash? What’s the quickest solution? You might call up a sibling or friend for help, hoping they can rescue you from the embarrassment of not having enough to pay. Well, those days of begging phone calls could be over, thanks to a new feature from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) called ‘UPI Circle.’
WHAT IS UPI CIRCLE?
The UPI Circle feature is designed to make managing shared payments as easy as eating food. Imagine you have a trusted circle of friends or family, and you want to make sure they can help out or use your account for transactions without any trouble. Consequently, with UPI Circle, you can now simplify this process by allowing multiple users to operate through a single UPI ID.
HOW UPI CIRCLE WORKS:
- Full Delegation: This method gives circle members complete access to make payments directly from your bank account. Moreover, it’s ideal if you want to grant unrestricted access to someone you trust completely.
- Partial Delegation: With this option, you can add people to your circle who can initiate payments on your behalf. However, you’ll need to complete the transaction by entering your PIN. This method strikes a balance between convenience and control, ensuring that you remain the final gatekeeper of your funds.
SIMPLIFYING PAYMENTS
With UPI Circle, you’re not just making payments easier. Moreover, you’re also ensuring that your trusted circle of people can assist with transactions seamlessly. Whether it’s for group expenses, emergency cash needs, or just simplifying financial interactions, this feature has got you covered.
So next time you’re at the checkout and your wallet seems to have seized down, remember; with UPI Circle, help is just a few taps away. Embrace the convenience and say goodbye to the old days of crying for cash or making calls for assistance.
