AI video creation platform Invideo has broadened its partnership with Google Cloud to launch an AI-powered filmmaking platform. This platform aims to change long-form, cinematic production workflows for film studios, broadcasters, and production houses. The partnership was officially announced at a technology event in New Delhi on February 16, just before the India AI Film Festival.

The new platform combines Invideo’s creative interface with Google Cloud’s complete AI technology stack. This includes generative models like Veo and Imagen, along with high-performance TPU and GPU computing infrastructure on Vertex AI. According to the companies, this setup allows for production pipelines that cover everything from text-to-video generation and cinematic visuals to synchronized audio and multilingual speech synthesis, all within a single, AI-driven workflow.
Invideo’s CEO Sanket Shah described the initiative as significant for storytellers and production teams. He said the platform aims to be “a true partner to filmmakers,” offering tools that help bring creative visions to life while being cost-effective for the industry. The technology can generate 4K cinematic dailies from natural language prompts, experiment with lighting, blocking, and pacing in real time, and maintain narrative continuity using advanced scene analysis powered by models like Gemini.
Audio features in the workflow use AI models to create 48kHz stereo music and localize multilingual dialogue. This allows studios to modify content for various markets without a lot of manual dubbing work. The platform also includes SynthID watermarks to guarantee transparency and traceability of AI-generated assets.
By using Google Cloud’s AI Hypercomputer architecture and generative media features, the partnership seeks to move beyond short-form AI content and meet the increasing demand for long-form storytelling with studio quality. Production houses and broadcasters can streamline processes from pre-visualization and asset creation to post-production. This could lead to shorter timelines and lower costs, while also expanding creative opportunities.
The expanded partnership will be highlighted at the India AI Film Festival on February 17. There, Invideo plans to announce three feature films created using the new platform with major production houses. This clearly shows the industry’s interest in AI-driven production tools.
