On Sunday, the Indian consulate in New York sent its “deepest condolences” to the family of Arshia Joshi, a 24-year-old woman of Indian descent, who passed away on March 21 in an automobile accident in Pennsylvania.
The Indian consulate in New York and Team Aid, a non-profit organization is going to give assistance in transporting Joshi’s body to her family in Delhi. The volunteer-run non-profit organization’s main goal is to support Indian community members who experience unfortunate events while visiting or residing overseas, like accidents, homicides, suicides, or the unexpected loss of a loved one.
