AN ALL-WOMEN COMPANY: NISH HAIR
Nish Hair is an all-women company, a testament to Gulati’s commitment to empowering women in business. She started the company without any business partners and, in the first year, earned between Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000. The entrepreneur, however, didn’t give up and spoke to hairstylists to spread the word around about her work. At times, she went to customers’ doors to sell the products.
