An alarming incident has come to light at a hospital in Safdarabad, Sheikhupura, Pakistan. A female doctor accidentally shot her patient at the tehsil headquarters hospital in Safdarabad. The doctor, named Hina Manzoor, allegedly had a pistol in her purse during duty hours.
When she attempted to pull out the gun, it accidentally fired, resulting in the patient Asia Bibi being shot in the arm. The doctor promptly acted and transported the injured patient to the hospital in Sheikhupura in her vehicle. The incident was confirmed by the relatives of the injured patient. The hospital administration refused to provide CCTV footage to journalists, adding a layer of mystery to the unfolding events. Prior to this incident, there have been several cases of accidental gun discharges in Pakistan as well.
