Earlier this month, approximately 130 schools in the Delhi-NCR region received bomb threat emails, leading to the immediate evacuation of students. Authorities revealed that these emails, targeting schools in Delhi-NCR, originated from a server located in Russia.

The anti-terror unit special cell of the Delhi Police tracked the domain of these emails back to Russia. It is suspected that the emails were generated using the dark web, a section of the encrypted internet that allows users to conceal their identity and location.
