The third season of the International League T20 is scheduled to commence on January 11 of the upcoming year. This 34-game competition is set to span over a month, culminating in the final match on February 9.
The unveiling of the Season 3 schedule follows the conclusion of Season 2, where the MI Emirates emerged victorious in the DP World ILT20 final on February 17, 2024, in front of a full house at the Dubai International Stadium.
The viewership figures for Season 2 saw a significant increase, reaching a total of 348 million distinct viewers globally through the tournament broadcast on Zee Network’s traditional and digital platforms, as well as their broadcast syndication partners in various regions, as stated in an ILT20 press release.
In Season 2, there was a significant surge in the number of spectators at the three tournament locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. The crowd figures experienced a notable rise across all three venues, resulting in a combined increase of almost 300 percent when compared to Season 1.
The release stated that Season 3 will once again deliver captivating cricket action to both the spectators at the three stadiums and fans worldwide.
