On Sunday morning, the Border Security Force (BSF) recovered a Chinese-manufactured drone in the border region of Tarn Taran district. The drone that was found has been recognized as a Chinese-made DJI Matrice 300 RTK.
The BSF has reported that on the morning of March 31, they were informed about the presence of a drone in the border area of Tarn Taran district. In a swift response, the BSF promptly conducted a search operation to address the situation, as stated in their official statement.
At around 8:35 am, during the search operation, the drone was successfully retrieved by BSF troops. The recovery occurred in a farming field near Havellian village in Tarn Taran District, as stated.
The BSF has once again achieved a commendable feat by thwarting a drone incursion from the neighbouring border. In a recent incident on March 29, the Border Security Force successfully detected and retrieved a drone in the vicinity of Dauke village, situated in the Amritsar district. The diligent search operation led to the recovery of a compact quadcopter drone (DJI Mavic 3) from a farming field near Dauke village.
